Refund policy

At Mumma Buzz, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please note our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that certain products are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food or other items with a limited shelf life.

In some cases, we may offer only partial refunds:

• For items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• For items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting our customer support team. We’ll guide you through the return process.
